How does the AI photo editing work?

Simply upload a photo, type your wish (what you want changed or added), and tap "jinn it!". Our advanced AI processes your image and prompt to generate a stunning edited version in seconds. All edits are saved locally on your device.
What kind of edits can I make?

The possibilities are endless! You can change art styles (anime, cartoon, oil painting), modify settings (add sunset, change background), apply effects (vintage, cyberpunk, dreamy), transform objects, and much more. Just describe your vision in simple words!

How do I create my first edit?

1. Tap the Editor tab or choose a theme from Home
2. Upload a photo from your gallery or take one with your camera
3. Type your wish/prompt describing what you want
4. Tap the big "jinn it!" button
5. Wait 15-30 seconds for the magic to happen!
What makes a good prompt?

Be specific and descriptive! Examples of good prompts:
• "make it look like anime style"
• "add a beautiful sunset in the background"
• "transform into oil painting"
• "make it cyberpunk with neon lights"
• "add magical sparkles and dreamy effect"
The more descriptive, the better the results!
Where are my edited photos saved?

When you tap "save to gallery", the edited image is saved to:
• Your device's Photos app
• The in-app Gallery tab (stored locally on your device)
All gallery items are stored locally on your device, letting you access your creations offline anytime.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

What subscription plans are available?

We offer two subscription options:
Weekly: Perfect for casual users and trying out Pro features
Yearly: Best value - save 80% compared to weekly billing
Both plans include 30 AI edits per week and all premium features.
When do my weekly edits reset?

Your 30 weekly edits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Check your Settings to see how many edits you have remaining this week and when they'll reset. Unused edits don't carry over to the next week.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find Jinn It and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
How do I request a refund?

Refunds are managed directly through your Apple account. Please log in to your Apple account and follow the instructions provided by Apple to request a refund.
How do I restore my purchases?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, you can restore your subscription:
1. Open Jinn It
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap Restore Purchases
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
🔧 Troubleshooting
The AI edit is taking too long. What should I do?

AI generation typically takes 15-30 seconds. If it's taking longer:
• Check your internet connection
• Try with a smaller/lower resolution photo
• Simplify your prompt (shorter descriptions work better)
• Close and reopen the app

The generated image doesn't look right. Why?

AI results can vary. For better results:
• Use clear, well-lit photos
• Be specific in your prompts
• Avoid very complex or contradictory requests
• Try different wording if first attempt doesn't match expectations
• Remember: AI is creative and results may vary!
Can I edit the same photo multiple times?

Yes! You can upload the same photo and use different prompts to create multiple variations. Each edit counts as one generation toward your weekly limit (for Pro users) or lifetime limit (for free users).
What happens to my photos?

When you create an edit:
• Your photo is sent to our third-party AI service provider for processing
• The AI processes the image and generates the edited version
• Edited versions are saved locally on YOUR device only
• Your in-app gallery is stored locally, not on our servers
• Our AI provider may temporarily store images during processing
