Welcome to Jinn It ("App"), operated by Rayyan Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Jinn It is an AI-powered photo editing application that uses artificial intelligence to transform your photos based on text prompts. The App allows you to:
- Upload photos from your device or camera
- Describe your desired edits using natural language prompts
- Generate AI-edited versions of your photos
- Save edited photos to your device and in-app gallery
- Share your creations
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
- If you are under 18, you must have parental consent
- You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
3. Anonymous Account
- Jinn It uses anonymous authentication - no email or password required
- A unique anonymous ID is assigned to your device
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
- You are responsible for all activities that occur from your device
4. Subscription and Payments
Jinn It offers a free tier and premium subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription:
- Free Tier: 1 lifetime AI edit (result is blurred, upgrade to unlock)
- Jinn It Pro: 30 AI edits per week, resets every Monday
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method (Apple ID)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and applicable law
- We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or harmful content
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent the App's security
- Upload photos of minors without parental consent
- Use the generated images for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse the service by making excessive requests or attempting to bypass rate limits
6. Content and Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload
- Generated Images: AI-generated edited images are for personal use only
- Our Content: The App, its features, design, and branding are owned by us
- License: By using the App, you grant us a temporary license to process your photos for AI editing purposes only
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: AI-generated edited images are creative interpretations and may not perfectly match your expectations. Results vary based on photo quality, prompt clarity, and AI limitations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or the accuracy of generated images. Use your judgment before sharing AI-generated content publicly.
8. Usage Limits
- Free Users: 1 lifetime AI edit with blurred result preview
- Pro Users: 30 AI edits per week, resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC
- Limits are enforced per device/anonymous ID
- Unused edits do not roll over to the next week
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
- You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Locally stored data (gallery, settings) remains on your device until you delete the app
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on this website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
